at 72nd

I don’t know how much both owner (glass building’s and the small one’s) benefit from this design, still it’s interesting. What I learned from the class (during studio review) is that the revenue from the air-right exchange usually half of normal square feet. From what I saw, it’s just a size of balcony. There should be some behind story. It’s 72nd street and Broadway, and there’s subway station.
